- General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the Ruby Vegas promotions page under each promotion descriptive text.
1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by Ruby Vegas, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.
1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of Ruby Vegas’s Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.
1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision was taken by Ruby Vegas’s management is final.
1.5 Ruby Vegas also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions and in case of any changes, the date of the last updated version will be published at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
1.6 Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates.
1.7 In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English version and the other languages displayed on the Ruby Vegas website, the English language version will always prevail.
1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer, and IP address. Ruby Vegas reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account and confiscate the funds of this account.
1.9 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount and bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.
1.10 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus and disable all future bonuses.
1.11 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 20€ or equivalent in another currency.
1.12 Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of forty-five times (x45) the bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn. Classic free spin bonuses come with a wagering requirement of x10 the winnings.
1.13 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited
1.14 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.
1.15 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
1.16 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated in the special promotions below).
1.17 With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.
1.18 Bonuses offered by Ruby Vegas are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, Ruby Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Ruby Vegas can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Ruby Vegas’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Ruby Vegas’s management
Ruby Vegas reserves the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive):
- Revoke and/or cancel any bonuses and bonus winnings that we regard to have been gained by misuse of the system.
o Ban such players from receiving further bonuses
o Close the account
- Abuse may include but is not limited to:
o Using multiple account(s)
o Evidence that an offer is being claimed or benefits the same person or group of persons, acting in an attempt to defraud us
o Equal, zero or low margin bets
o Wagering bonuses on excluded games
o Co-operation, collusion or organization of bets from the same source
o Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviors which amount to deliberate cheating
o Hiding IP addresses or using VPNs
o Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clearing wagering requirements
o Delaying the playing of a game round until after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met
o Using any kind of doubling or gambling feature, for example Martingale Strategy
1.19 Until bonuses are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance
1.20 Ruby Vegas reserves the right to bar a player from receiving the promotions at any time.
1.21 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet 10€, 10€ will contribute towards wagering fulfillment.

1.24 Jackpot slots are not eligible to be played with bonus money. Playing such games with bonus money, can lead to voiding the particular bonus and any winnings gained.
1.25 Maximum single stake with any bonus funds is 5€ or equivalent in another currency. Ruby Vegas reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and any winnings associated with the bonus to players that stake over 5€ whilst completing wagering requirements.
1.26 There is a maximum amount of money won with the claim of any given promotional bonus/free spin campaign unless otherwise stated that can be withdrawn. This amount equals ten (x10) times the original deposit made to claim the bonus. Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account. All winnings up to 10,000€ (or equivalent in other currency), Ruby Vegas reserves the right to split the withdrawal on weekly payments. All winnings above 10,001€ (or equivalent in other currency), Ruby Vegas reserves the right to split the withdrawal on monthly payments.
1.27 Unless otherwise stated, the validity of any bonus/free spin awarded will expire 7 days from its receipt.
- Bonus play-through requirements
2.1 Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the Ruby Vegas. The number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cash out the winnings made by playing with the bonus.
2.2 Different games or game types contribute differently towards the play-through requirements, depending on the promotion. The games’ contribution is specified in the particular promotion’s Terms and Conditions. And of course, our Customer Support is always up to date with all our promotions, so when in doubt you can always check with them what the requirements for a specific bonus are.
2.3 Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to support. Player can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.
2.4 Until the received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.
